Here are some tips and important characteristic to have on your new furniture:

Avoid exposing your furniture to direct sunlight or any heat sources; wood, fabric and leather and other surfaces may change color.

If your furniture is pale, be careful of the transfer of color from clothing to the covering. This is not covered by any manufacturer's warranty.

No fabric or leather is resistant to animal claws.

All seat or back cushions will soften with use. This softening is considered normal.Leather is a natural skin. It has its own characteristics like veining, scars and pitting. Additionally, it has elasticity and will soften and loosen as you use it. It is therefore normal to have body prints on your leather and fabric furniture.

Please note that the Sebum (oily secretion) released by your body can discolor and damage your furniture and is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Woods: such as Walnut, Acacia and others, are natural species and may have color variations, knots and other unique properties for each product. They will therefore differ from the floor model in store.

Pilling is the formation of small balls or strands of textile fibers that become loose on the surface of a fabric. This is not a defect in the covering and you simply need to remove the excess fibers to make them disappear.

Stainless: the color may vary from one household appliance to another, because each sheet of stainless steel has these particularities due to the alloy of iron and carbon.

Practical Tips

Before using your new property, you must always read the maintenance manual and take note of the manufacturer's warranty.

For some washer models, you must ensure that the tub is unlocked before using it for the first time.
