That’s why we offer a trial period to allow you to adjust to the comfort of your new mattress. For this reason, a minimum 30-day adaptation period is essential.
Our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee reflects our commitment to helping you achieve optimal rest and the best possible night’s sleep, while providing you with complete peace of mind, knowing you have made the right choice. If, after this period, the comfort of your mattress does not fully meet your expectations, Germain Larivière will be pleased to exchange your mattress for a model better suited to your needs*.
How to Benefit from the 90-Day Comfort Guarantee

You must have purchased a mattress protector, of the same size as your mattress, at the time of purchase.

The exchange must take place between a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 90 days following the delivery date.

The mattress must be returned clean, in good condition, and in its original packaging.

At the time of exchange, we will pick up the mattress and deliver the replacement during the same visit. Please note that handling fees apply.
