*White glove delivery

Delivery service anywhere in Quebec* and part of Ontario*.
White glove delivery includes: unpacking, installation**, pick-up, return of boxes and packaging for recycling.
We also offer to return your old appliances and mattresses for free (1 for 1).
This delivery method requires 2 drivers, and the time slot will be provided to you the evening before by a system with a tracking application.
For purchases made online or by phone: you must present the credit card you paid with and an ID card.

*Some areas are not serviced by our trucks and white glove service is not available, a delivery representative will be happy to assist you in finding a solution!
** For installation, there are exceptions: Please note that our delivery drivers do not install or uninstall appliances. Make sure your old appliances are unplugged before our delivery team arrives. Our drivers will unpack and install the merchandise, except for items that must be assembled by the customer (RTA). See table

For purchases made online you will need to present the credit card you paid with as well as an ID card and sign.
No unpacking and installation.

Reserved for certain small products requiring only one person.
Pickup service is fast and easy.
Place your order online or in-store, choose pickup at a store near you, or at our distribution center for items over 100LBS (45.3 Kg). We will prepare your order in good time and as soon as it is ready, we will contact you. At the time of pick-up, you'll need to present the credit card you paid with and an ID card.

Please check the pick-up opening times at the various stores before going.
The clerks are not responsible for damage occurring during the transfer, a signature attesting that the merchandise is intact at the time of pick-up is required.
