WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY*

Our White Glove Delivery team ensures your experience is as smooth and pleasant as possible.

  • Delivery service available across Quebec* and parts of Ontario*
  • Delivery, unpacking, and installation of your merchandise (with certain exceptions**)
  • Removal of all boxes and packaging materials for recycling
  • Free removal of your old appliances or old mattress (1 for 1)
  • Tracking updates and a time window sent the evening before

DIRECT & FAST DELIVERY**

After you place your order, your package is quickly prepared and delivered by an external carrier.

A simple and efficient option for eligible small products :

  • Fast order preparation
  • Shipping via an external delivery service
  • No unpacking or installation
  • For online purchases : present your ID and the credit card used for the order

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP***

A practical and free solution.

Place your order online or in-store, then choose pickup at a location near you or at our distribution center (required for items over 100 lbs / 45.3 kg).

  • Order online or in-store
  • We will prepare your order as quickly as possible and notify you when it’s ready
  • Pick up your purchase at one of our stores or at the distribution center (mandatory for items over 100 lb / 45,3 kg).
  • At pickup : present your ID and the credit card used for the purchase

  • Check pickup hours before coming in
  • A signature confirming the condition of the merchandise is required

*White Glove Delivery

This service requires two delivery personnel. Your delivery time window will be communicated the evening before through our tracking system.
Some areas are not serviced by our trucks, and White Glove Delivery may not be available. A delivery representative will be happy to help you find an appropriate solution.
** Important: Our delivery team unpacks and installs merchandise, except in specific cases. They do not perform installation or uninstallation of appliances—please ensure your existing appliances are disconnected before delivery. Items requiring customer assembly (RTA) are not installed. See table

Reserved for certain small products that can be shipped quickly and require only one delivery person.
For online purchases, you must present the credit card used for payment and a piece of identification, and provide a signature.


***In-Store or Distribution Center Pickup : Free and Easy

Reserved for certain small products requiring only one person.
Please check pickup hours for each store before your visit.
At pickup, you must present the credit card used for payment and a piece of identification.
Store staff are not responsible for any damage occurring during customer transport. A signature confirming the merchandise is intact at pickup is required.
