Here are some important features to look out for on your new furniture:

Avoid exposing your furniture to direct sunlight or all heat sources ; wood, fabric, leather or any other surfaces, may change color.

If your furniture is light, pay attention to the transfer of color from the clothing to the cover. This is not covered by any manufacturer's warranty.

No fabric or leather is resistant to animal claws.

Any seat or back cushions will soften with usage. This softening is considered normal.

Leather is natural skin. It has its own characteristic’s like veining, scars and stings. It has elasticity and will soften and sag as you use it. It is therefore normal to have body prints on your leather and also fabric furniture.

Note that the Sebum (oily secretion) released by your body can discolor and damage your furniture and is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Woods, such as Walnut, Acacia and others, are natural essences and can have variations in color, knots and other properties unique to each product. As a result, they will differ from the floor model in the store.

Pilling is the formation of small balls or strands of textile fibers that loosen on the surface of a fabric. It is not a defect of the covering and it simple to remove the excess fibers and make it disappear.
