Manufacturer’s Warranty

A manufacturer’s warranty applies to all our furniture and appliances.
Our manufacturers offer a minimum one-year warranty covering parts and labor.

To learn the details of your warranty:

  • Appliances: consult the manual available on the product’s webpage.
  • Furniture: refer to the product description sheet or inquire directly in-store.

Important Care Tips for Your Furniture

  • Avoid exposure to sunlight or heat, as it may alter the color of wood, fabric, or leather.
  • Light-colored furniture: risk of color transfer from clothing — not covered by warranties.
  • Pets: no fabric or leather is completely resistant to scratches.
  • Cushions: gradual softening of seat or back cushions is normal.
  • Leather: a natural material with veining, scars, and variations. It softens over time and may show body impressions (also true for fabric upholstery).
  • Sebum: natural body oils may discolor or damage the covering (not covered).
  • Natural woods (walnut, acacia, etc.): color variations, knots, and unique characteristics — every piece differs from the showroom model.
  • Pilling: normal formation of small fiber balls on some fabrics. Simply remove the excess fibers.
