The sales associate must greet customers who come to the store with respect and friendliness. They must ensure that customers' needs are fully met during their visit.
In addition, the sales advisor must contribute to updating price lists and modifying merchandise labels. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator in both French and English. They must also be self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented. On a daily basis, the sales advisor must provide high-quality customer service, whether by phone, email, or in person. Regular follow-up on completed sales is also essential to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The sales advisor must also be available and motivated to participate in ongoing training activities.In short, you will need to:
- Be motivated to achieve personal and corporate sales targets;
- Be comfortable communicating in French and English to serve our English-speaking clientele;
- Demonstrate respect, autonomy, rigor, and interpersonal skills;
