If you answered "yes" to the above questions, then you're the person we're looking for to fill a sales advisor position in our Saint-Hyacinthe store.
The sales advisor must greet customers who come into the store with respect and friendliness. They must ensure that customers' needs are fully met during their visit. In addition, the sales associate must help update price lists and modify merchandise labels. Candidates must be good communicators, in both French and English. It is also necessary to be autonomous, punctual and rigorous.
On a daily basis, the sales consultant must offer quality service to customers, whether by telephone, e-mail or in person. It's also important to regularly follow up on sales already closed, to ensure that customers are fully satisfied. The sales consultant must also be available and motivated to participate in ongoing training activities.
In short, you will:
- Be motivated to achieve personal and corporate sales objectives;
- Be comfortable communicating in French and English;
- Show respect, autonomy, thoroughness and interpersonal skills;
