INSTALLATION

Before using your new item, always read the maintenance manual and familiarize yourself with the manufacturer’s warranty..

For certain models of washing machines, you must ensure that the drum is properly unlocked before using it for the first time.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the new furniture or appliance is level before using it for the first time. It is important to wait 6 hours before plugging in a new appliance or television. In order to ensure better quality control for our products, the majority of appliances are tested while in the plant. Therefore, it is possible that you may find a small quantity of water inside. This is normal.

MAINTENANCE

Important information: For upholstered furniture, it is normal for seats and backs to lose some firmness over the first few months, because the foam loses some density with use. Fabric or leather furniture can be affected by sunlight, by direct exposure and even by being placed too close to a heat source. Leather is made from animal skin, so it is not unusual to find graininess, insect bites, scars or other marks. These are not considered to be manufacturing defects, but rather a natural property of leather. Wood is a natural raw material, and therefore, it is not unusual to find graininess, knots and different shades of colour. The final look of a piece of furniture can vary depending on the types of wood used and their absorption capacity.
