Our White-Glove Delivery Service is designed to offer an experience as refined as your new purchases — simple, pleasant, and worry-free.
1. Preparing for Your Delivery
You will receive an automated text message and email to confirm your delivery date and address 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Please click “Confirm” if all the information is accurate.
Shortly after, you will receive a link to our real-time tracking tool, including your 3-hour delivery window.
👉 Please verify:
Address and postal code are correct
Invoice balance is paid at least 7 days before delivery
Someone aged 18 or older will be present to receive the merchandise
If purchased online or by phone, the cardholder must be present with a valid photo ID
Our delivery team does not install or uninstall appliances. Please ensure old appliances are disconnected
Deliveries to the Quebec City, Gatineau/Ottawa and the Upper Laurentians area are also carried out by our trucks. Our delivery department will contact you to confirm your appointment and time window.
2. On Delivery Day
On the morning of your delivery, you’ll be able to track your truck in real time using the link sent the previous day.
Before the delivery team arrives:
Clear all indoor and outdoor pathways (entryway, yard, staircase, hallways, etc.)
Protect floors and carpets to prevent damage
⚙️ Only pivot-hinge doors can be removed by our delivery team
Ensure doorways and staircases are wide enough for safe passage of items
Delivery personnel must keep their work boots on for safety
They will unpack and install your merchandise on site (unless otherwise specified) and invite you to inspect each item before they leave.
3. If an Issue Occurs During Delivery
If you notice any damage or irregularity, contact our after-sales service department immediately:

Any issue must be reported before the delivery team leaves and noted on the delivery slip. Otherwise, the merchandise will be considered received in good condition.
In case of a defect, Germain Larivière reserves the right to repair the item before considering a replacement.
