1. Preparing for delivery
You will receive an automated text and email to confirm the delivery date and address, 48 hours before your delivery.
Please click "Confirm" if everything is correct.
Shortly after, you will receive a link to our real-time tracking tool, including your 3-hour delivery window.
👉 Please check:
That your address and postal code are correct.
That your invoice balance is paid at least 7 days before delivery.
That someone 18 years of age or older is present to receive the merchandise.
If the purchase was made by phone or online, the cardholder must be present and present valid ID.
photo.Our delivery drivers do not install or uninstall appliances. Please ensure you unplug your old appliances before their arrival.
Deliveries to the Quebec City, Gatineau/Ottawa, and Upper Laurentians regions are also made by our trucks.
Our delivery department will confirm the appointment and time slot with you.
2. The day of delivery
On the morning of delivery, you can track your delivery live using the link provided the day before.
Before the delivery drivers arrive:
Clear passageways inside and outside
(clear the entrance, yard, stairs, etc.).Protect your floors and carpets to prevent damage.
⚙️ Only pivot hinge doors can be removed by our drivers.
Please ensure that doorways and stairways are wide enough to allow items to pass through without obstruction. For safety reasons, our drivers must keep their work boots on.
They will unpack and install your merchandise on site (unless otherwise specified) and invite you to inspect each item before they leave.
3. In case of a problem during delivery
If you notice any damage or anomaly, contact our after-sales service department immediately:

Any problem must be reported before the delivery personnel leave and noted on the delivery slip. Otherwise, the merchandise will be considered received in good condition.
In case of a defect, Germain Larivière reserves the right to repair the merchandise before considering a replacement.
