Please check with your local gas supplier to determine gas pressure requirements. It is essential that you check three things:
• Match the pressure of the regulator to the pressure of your oven. For example if you're in the USA, Ooni pizza ovens are 28mbar, therefore you need a 28mbar gas regulator
• The connection on the propane tank to the regulator. There are two types - screw and push on
• The clips for connecting the hose to the oven match
