Cooking surface has 8 sealed burners with a total output of 107,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering melting chocolate or cooking sauces, 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Continuous cast iron grates allowmaximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel Cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 6.58 cu.ft. combined oven capacity boasts a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Impressive blue enamel interiors allowing for easy cleaning and 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. Right-side oven has a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy access stainless steel oven racks, reversible Griddle, concave Wok Ring and LP conversion kit.
