HINGED LID
The lid is hinged for added convenience and can also be removed while using the rotisserie accessory.
GOURMET BBQ SYSTEM COOKING GRATES
Remove the circular grate insert and replace it with a griddle, poultry roaster, pizza stone or any of the many Gourmet BBQ System inserts to choose from. The hinged grates make it easy to add charcoal while grilling.
